The Absolute Godspeed of Infinite Worlds

Chapter 28: [28] Eldest Senior Sister

The voice appeared suddenly, right behind Eiji.

It was as if the person had walked over without making a sound, like a ghost, not producing the slightest noise, and by the time she appeared, she was already by his side.

Eiji's body stiffened.

Could it really be this coincidental?

Like an old machine, he turned his head stiffly, and what appeared before him was a woman whose height only reached his chest.

No, calling her a woman was too generous. She was less than 140 centimeters tall, her entire figure petite, like a large Barbie doll.

She wore a white kimono with cherry blossom patterns, paired with a striking bright red haori, giving off a dazzlingly vibrant appearance. The kimono hung loosely on her shoulders due to its oversized fit, revealing large patches of skin around her shoulders and collarbone.

Her jet-black hair cascaded down her back, tied with a large red bow at the nape of her neck, and she wore wooden sandals on her feet.

At this moment, she held a small folding fan in her hand, using it to cover the lower half of her face, revealing only a pair of eyes that exuded a dangerous aura.

Though she was much shorter than Eiji and her figure could undoubtedly be described as petite—making it entirely appropriate to call her a loli—this loli carried an extremely dangerous presence, exuding an extraordinary sense of oppression.

Eiji turned and ran.

Without hesitation, fearing that if he ran too slowly, he would fall into the witch's grasp.

"—Earth Binding Array!"

But suddenly, before he could escape, a sharp cry came from behind.

In that instant, a terrifying gravity abruptly descended on Eiji's body, making his limbs feel unbearably heavy, his internal organs seemingly squeezed together, and the flow of blood throughout his body instantly thrown into chaos.

In the span of a breath, Eiji couldn't move a single step. The pressure on his entire body bore down on his lower half, trying to completely subdue him, causing his legs to tremble uncontrollably.

"Oh my? You've really improved. You can actually withstand five times gravity now?"

The loli's voice was cute, carrying an intellectual tone, but her words were filled with clear displeasure.

"But, little junior, your reaction just now was very unpleasant. I went out of my way to come see you, and you just turned and ran? Do you really dislike me that much?"

The loli wore a fierce expression as she began to interrogate Eiji.

"How can you slander me like this?"

Eiji widened his eyes, struggling to control his tongue and facial muscles under the fivefold gravity, shooting the loli a look of indignation.

"My respect for my eldest senior sister is as clear as the heavens and earth! I never thought you'd see me this way! How disappointing!"

"Then why did you run?!"

"I was in a hurry to go back to my dorm to collect my laundry."

"…"

The loli's expression turned slightly speechless. It wasn't even dark yet, and there were no signs of wind, rain, or thunder. He was clearly talking nonsense.

"It's been years, and you're still as unreliable as ever."

She waved the folding fan in her hand, and in the next moment, the pressure on Eiji's body vanished.

Eiji glanced at the loli, who was shaking her head in exasperation, and considered the possibility of using his Absolute GodSpeed to escape.

No.

If he wanted to escape from this legal loli, he would have to push his speed to the limit, but doing so would undoubtedly plunge him into a near-death state, just like when he used Lightning Flash.

Moreover, since they would be seeing each other often, even if he escaped this time, he would inevitably be caught next time, and then he'd have no way to explain himself.

This witch had always had her eyes on him since he was a child. When he was bedridden and unable to move, she would often pose him in various positions… ahem, dress him up in various outfits to satisfy her cosplay fetish.

The eldest senior sister had a very bold personality.

She was the type who, once she set her sights on something, would not hide her intentions at all, directly confessing her feelings with blunt, straightforward declarations, and shamelessly exposing her XP system.

If this loli ever got a hold of any leverage over him, his life at Hagun Academy would be completely ruined.

"Ahem, eldest senior sister, why are you here?"

"Didn't I say? I came specifically to see you."

"No, I mean, why are you at Hagun Academy?"

"Oh, that? It's because Kuro-chan drove away all the former chairman's confidants and was in desperate need of people, so I came to help."

The loli gently fanned herself with her folding fan, answering with a smile.

Though her tone was gentle, her smile made Eiji feel extremely uncomfortable.

The way the loli looked at him was like a tiger eyeing its prey, ready to extend its claws and devour the prey whole—and it was the kind of situation where resistance wasn't allowed.

The apex of the food chain, the eternal predator.

—This was the woman known as Nene Saikyo.

Though her appearance and figure seemed very youthful, giving off the impression of a loli, she was actually in her late twenties, for some reason stuck in the body of an elementary school student.

But don't let her petite and seemingly easy-to-bully appearance fool you. She was a genuine active Mage-Knight, and one who had entered the KOK A-League, currently ranked third in the world!

She and Nene Saikyo had graduated in the same class, both entering the KOK league at the same time and rising to the top of the world rankings.

Four years ago, when Kurono Shinguuji retired due to marriage, Nene Saikyo replaced her as the new world's third, a ranking she had maintained ever since.

She was the most accomplished disciple of the God of War and someone the God of War was proud of—a world-class Blazer.

From her earlier display, it was clear that she was a Natural Interference-type Blazer specializing in gravity manipulation. The multiples of gravity she could control easily exceeded a hundred times, and she could even pull meteors from the sky, creating a superior Noble Art known as Hadou Tensei.

This skill was so destructive that it was even classified as a designated forbidden technique by the League, and without the League's permission, it was absolutely forbidden to use.

In other words, she was Eiji's eldest senior sister and a genuine super big shot!

She and Kurono Shinguuji were both rivals and friends.

Ten years ago, the Seven Stars Sword-Art Festival they participated in was truly a battle of gods. In the final moments of the championship match, Nene Saikyo, disregarding the League's ban, unleashed the Hadou Tensei on the spot, nearly damaging the framework of Japan's islands.

Fortunately, Kurono timely unleashed her own Noble Art, World Crisis, shattering the meteor along with time and space, creating a large black hole in that area that still hadn't recovered to this day. That venue had since become a forbidden zone.

Shortly after, Kurono Shinguuji's World Crisis was also classified as a designated forbidden technique by the League.

So, Eiji's victory over Kurono Shinguuji was truly a stroke of luck, as Kurono Shinguuji had initially underestimated him. Just as she was about to get serious, he had already figured her out and taken her down with a single Lightning Flash.

If she had gone all out from the start, Eiji would have had a much harder time finding an opportunity to win.
