Shadow and Inifinity

Chapter 1: Collision in Blood Red Moon

The world had for a long time been a battleground of secret wars fought in secret, where only the strongest were able to tread. Itachi Uchiha and Gojo Satoru were two of such fighters, their names spoken in reverence and terror throughout the worlds of shinobi and sorcerers both. Although they came from wildly different worlds, destiny had forged them together into a collision course neither could possibly have anticipated.

Itachi Uchiha: The Konoha Phantom

Being born into the legendary Uchiha Clan, Itachi was different from the start. A prodigy among prodigies, he had even outpaced the most experienced fighters before adulthood. But with the power came the weight that most could not endure. He was tormented from a young age by the expectations, his psyche molded by war atrocities and harsh realities of the tenuous truce between the Uchiha Clan and Konoha.

He had walked the road of a traitor, killing his own brethren at the command of the village he vowed to defend. To the world, he was a killer a renegade shinobi who had murdered his own clan in cold blood. But the mask of brutality hid a deeper reality. Itachi was the silent protector of the village, giving up all for the sake of stopping a civil war that would have devoured Konoha.

Even as he entered the Akatsuki, his every step had been deliberate. Every action he took was a quiet act of rebellion against the darkness that threatened to engulf the world. And yet, even as he bore the burden of his transgressions, his body betrayed him; an incurable disease consumed his life, driving him ever nearer to an early demise.

But death did not take him that day. Instead, destiny struck. A tear between realities opened up, and he was drawn into a realm where tainted energy held sway. And there, amidst the center of a strange battlefield, stood a man who emitted an imposing aura.

Gojo Satoru: The Honored One

Gojo Satoru had always been the only one of his kind.

As the most powerful sorcerer of his time, he possessed a talent that made him invincible. The Limitless and Six Eyes gave him a mastery of cursed energy unlike any other, rendering him a human anomaly among the world of jujutsu. But aside from his power, Gojo was a mystery: arrogant and charismatic, whimsical and merciless. He was a shield and a sword, positioned at the front of a war to reform the world of sorcerers.

Since the day he was born, he had been a target. The fact that he was alive tipped the scales of power, compelling the most lethal forces in the world to act against him. Yet despite the number of enemies he had, Gojo was unbeaten. He was infinity incarnate untouchable, unbreakable, and unmatched.

And for all his power, Gojo carried his own weight. He had witnessed the rot that grew in the world of jujutsu, the cycle of pain that only grew stronger. He had sworn to shatter that cycle, to alter the very fabric of the world. But even the most powerful man in the universe had his boundaries. And when the heavens themselves rent apart to reveal a gap that lay outside of time and space, Gojo knew that something was on its way.

Something that even he may not be able to prevent.

A Collision of Titans

It was deep in the midst of the ruins, under the blood-red color of the moon, that Itachi Uchiha and Gojo Satoru initially met.

At first, they were simply two warriors from different realms, each regarding the other with caution. But caution quickly turned to battle. Illusion met infinity; deception clashed with overwhelming force. Itachi's Sharingan dissected every movement, analyzing Gojo's limitless defense, while Gojo's Six Eyes unraveled every feint and every genjutsu trap set before him.

But their fight was not to last.

Because something far greater stirred beneath their feet.

A creature of neither their realm had ever known a power so old, so shapeless, that even their combined might may not suffice. And so they faced it, shoulder to shoulder, knowing that the greatest battle would come later.

War for the existence commenced.

The evening sky was heavy with a creepy stillness, the sort that threatened an oncoming storm. The blood moon sent macabre shadows across the shattered terrain upon which two of the greatest warriors had fought and now stood uneasy allies. Itachi Uchiha and Gojo Satoru, each a legend within their own universes, now confronted a silent horror that prowled in the shadows.

Gojo adjusted his blindfold, his lips curving into a smirk. "You're good, I'll give you that. But we've got bigger problems now." His tone was light, but there was no mistaking the steel beneath his words.

Itachi's red Sharingan churned as he gauged their environment, his thoughts weighing the options. Something was churning beneath the distorted surface of this twisted realm something formidable. "We have to get out of here," he told Gojo, his tone level but resolute. "Standing here makes us vulnerable."

Gojo cocked his head, unperturbed. "And I thought you'd appreciate a little challenge.

Before Itachi could react, the earth shook. A rumbling, guttural roar boomed out of the abyss, causing a wave of dark energy to flow through the air. Then it came out.

The Forsaken Entity

From the bottom of the void, a monstrous being of sheer darkness started to emerge. Its body contorted and twisted, changing shapes as if it couldn't decide on one form. Its "eyes," if it had any, were no more than void-like spheres that consumed all light around them.

The air itself distorted around them under its influence. This was no normal opponent. It was old, something more than jujutsu or ninjutsu something that didn't belong.

Gojo whistled softly. "Well, that's nasty."

Itachi, always calm, stepped forward. "Whatever it is, it's aggressive." His fingers began to move, already shaping a hand seal. "And it's looking at us."

The monster emitted a blood-curdling screech, a sound that shook the very foundations of existence. Then it charged.

The First Strike

A cluster of dark, grasping tendrils burst from its body, ripping through the air at unnatural velocities. Gojo acted in an instant. With a snap of his wrist, Infinity sprang to life, halting the assault inches from his nose. The tendrils hit the intangible barrier and exploded into nothingness.

"Tsk, predictable," Gojo grunted.

But Itachi wasn't standing still. In a flash of motion, he sprang into the air, his hands making sharp seals. Fire Style: Great Fire Annihilation! A huge fire burst from his lips, burning the creature with white flames.

For an instant, it was effective.

Then, the shadows moved. The creature engulfed the flames within itself, swelling, its shape throbbing with unnatural power.

Gojo's light-hearted personality stuttered for the first time. "That's new."

Itachi alighted beside him, his face impossible to read. "It evolves."

The comprehension created a shiver of apprehension between them. A foe that could digest and get more powerful with every assault was an adversary they'd never known before.

The Plan

The beast let out a roar, causing shockwaves across the battlefield. Itachi's sharp mind was already calculating possibilities. "Direct attacks will only make it stronger. We must do something else."

Gojo snapped his knuckles. "Well, I have a few tricks up my sleeve."

Before he could continue, the shadows burst again. Quicker. Smarter. Adapting.

Itachi's Sharingan picked up on the movement just in time. "Gojo, get out of the way!"

The tendrils descended like spears. Gojo dodged with ease, but the earth beneath him rent asunder, exposing a second attack one even he hadn't seen coming.

But Itachi had.

With a flash of speed, the Uchiha stood before him, calling up his Susanoo in a flash of ghostly energy. The giant ethereal warrior brought its shield up, blocking the attack just in time.

Gojo breathed out, his smile reappearing. "Not bad."

Itachi dropped the shield, his face serene. "We have to finish this. Now."

Gojo's Six Eyes shone through his blindfold. "Then let's be serious."

The Final Gambit

The two fighters exchanged a single look. Comprehension flashed between them. One opportunity. One crushing blow.

Itachi invoked his Tsukuyomi, imprisoning the beast in an illusion of infinite suffering, breaking its mind into pieces. During that moment of vulnerability, Gojo released his most lethal technique.

Hollow Purple.

The energy blast was eye-searing. The power of the attack tore through space itself, devouring everything in its path. The creature shrieked, its very fabric coming undone as Gojo's method disassembled it at the molecular level.

There was silence. Then, the darkness dissipated.

The fight was done. But both men were aware that this was only the start.

Gojo yawned, stretching. "Well, that was enjoyable. Think there are more of those creatures?"

Itachi looked up at the sky. The tear had not healed. If anything, it had expanded.

"This was only the first."

And thus, their war had just started.
