Marvel : I'm in Westview Town

Chapter 68: Chapter 68 : Bring him in

T-1000: The task was successfully completed. Wilhelm has been captured.

The message was accompanied by an action log detailing Wilhelm's capture.

He had been found in Hawaii. After collecting his reward from the Daily Bugle, he left the country the next day, hoping to live the rest of his life in luxury abroad.

He had watched the greatest spectacle of the century—one he orchestrated himself. Unfortunately, he never accounted for the wild card that was Finn.

"That was fast."

Finn smirked as he read through the log, pocketing his phone with satisfaction.

It had taken less than an hour to track down Wilhelm's whereabouts. That was unexpectedly efficient.

The Shadow organization was still in its infancy, yet its intelligence network was already growing at a terrifying pace. If it continued to expand, it might even surpass the intelligence-gathering capabilities of S.H.I.E.L.D. in its prime.

Still, there was no rush to have Wilhelm brought in—especially since Wanda was still awake. If she sensed something was off, it would ruin everything.

"One step closer," Finn murmured to himself, stretching before glancing at the time.

He made his way back to the bedroom. The fatigue weighed on him, but the satisfaction of progress kept him awake. He collapsed onto the soft mattress, taking a deep breath before grabbing the remote to switch on the TV.

The screen flickered to life, broadcasting live news coverage.

The aerial footage, captured from a hovering helicopter, zoomed in on an apartment complex below. The location was packed with onlookers, and the streets surrounding the building were crawling with patrol officers and FBI agents.

Finn narrowed his eyes. "Peter's place?"

He immediately recognized the apartment—it was Peter Parker's home. And now, it was under surveillance from every possible angle.

Authorities were paying more attention to Spider-Man than they were to the Scarlet Witch.

After all, he was the supposed mastermind behind the Mysterio Incident—the "murderer" who shot and killed Quentin Beck.

Little wonder the media and government were fixated on him.

Not only was Spider-Man one of the most well-known heroes, but Queens was densely populated. The situation naturally drew more attention.

"Poor Peter. Bet he can't even get a decent night's sleep."

Finn sighed, switching the channel. The sports network was airing a lackluster billiards match, which killed his interest almost immediately. He set the remote aside and pulled out his laptop, letting the television play in the background for some ambient noise.

Click.

After some time, the door creaked open.

A familiar figure stepped in cautiously. The moment she saw him still awake, she frowned.

"Why aren't you asleep yet?"

Finn barely looked up. "I can't sleep without you."

Wanda sighed, walking further inside.

Her skin was still damp from the shower, a soft glow radiating from her bare shoulders. It was an unintentional display of beauty—one that made Finn's gaze linger.

"If there were another bed, I wouldn't have to sleep next to you..."

She murmured, her lips slightly pouting as she climbed onto the bed.

Once settled, she pulled the covers aggressively around herself, cocooning her body.

Finn shivered as the warmth of the blanket was suddenly stripped away.

"Witch, are you trying to freeze me to death?"

There was nothing worse than feeling the cold creep in just as you'd started to warm up. The contrast was a bone-chilling torment.

"Good! Freeze to death."

Wanda huffed, tightening the quilt around herself.

Finn sighed. "You're actually mad?"

He poked her head playfully.

"Don't bother me. I'm sleeping."

She swatted his hand away, burrowing deeper into the bed without sparing him a glance.

"Alright, alright. How about this—I'll give you a massage as an apology?"

He tried to appease her, rubbing her head through the blanket.

Wanda peeked out, eyes lighting up with interest.

"You know how to give massages?"

Her skepticism was obvious.

"You've never done it for me before."

She arched a brow, folding her arms.

"We only recently made things official. Besides, would you have let me back then?" Finn chuckled, flicking her forehead lightly.

Wanda huffed, crossing her arms. "Doesn't matter. You owe me, so tonight's compensation includes all the times you didn't do it before."

"Fine, fine. Lay down. I'll turn on the heater first."

Finn smiled—an almost imperceptible smirk, the kind a villain wears when a scheme unfolds perfectly.

But Wanda, oblivious to the hidden intent, relaxed onto the bed, eagerly anticipating the massage.

"Don't mess it up."

She closed her eyes, a faint, satisfied smile tugging at her lips.

Finn's hands worked their way from her shoulders down to her waist, applying just the right amount of pressure.

Every tight muscle, every sore spot—he found them effortlessly.

"Mmhh..."

A quiet sigh escaped Wanda's lips as the tension melted away.

"Feel good?"

Finn murmured, increasing the pressure.

"Mhm... more pressure..."

Her eyelashes fluttered as the relief washed over her. The sharper the pressure, the more satisfying the release.

He was strong—his hands firm yet precise.

Wanda let out another soft hum of pleasure.

Her mind, hazy with comfort, barely registered the moment when Finn's hands drifted to her feet.

(#?!)

Her body tensed.

"Finn, what the hell are you doing?"

She jerked slightly as his fingers traced her soles.

It was subtle—but the sensation was sharp.

"Massaging your feet. It's part of the process."

Finn's expression was nothing short of innocent.

"What? As your boyfriend, I can't touch your feet?"

His hands tightened slightly, kneading the sensitive skin of her arch.

"N-no, it's just—ah!"

A barely contained whimper slipped out.

Finn blinked. "Witch... you're kinda sensitive, aren't you?"

He sounded amused.

Wanda's face flushed.

"It's your fault!" she accused, covering her embarrassment. "Ever since that damn hotel in Germany, my feet feel weird whenever you touch them!"

Finn chuckled. "Really? Well, you'll have to endure it, because foot massages are important too."

Before she could protest further, his fingers worked over her toes, drawing another unintentional sound from her lips.

Wanda shut her mouth quickly, refusing to give him the satisfaction.

But her body betrayed her.

Finn smirked.

The massage dragged on longer than necessary.

His hands roamed her legs, pressing firmly into the delicate flesh. Each motion deliberate.

By the time he finished, Wanda lay breathless—her body slack with exhaustion.

Her flushed face was half-buried in the pillow, chest rising and falling in slow rhythm. A few tears pricked the corners of her eyes from how overwhelming the sensations had been.

Finn leaned in. "Good night, Witch."

His voice was low, almost teasing, as he pulled the blanket over her.

Wanda hummed in response, already drifting off. A faint, contented smile rested on her lips.

Finn watched her for a moment before slipping out of bed.

For Wanda, the day had ended.

For him?

It was only beginning.

With silent steps, he moved to the study.

His fingers moved swiftly over the keyboard, sending a secure message through a private app—one developed by the T-1000 itself.

It was untraceable. No one on Earth could hack it.

[Bring Wilhelm in.]
