Invincible in the Shadows

[Welcome to the Class Dungeon!]

Jin felt the world blur before he was teleported into a dark hallway. The lights were low, and it looked dark.

Jin clenched his fists as he walked forward. A sign at the front with the words 'Class' was lit in a dark purple light. It had different coloured stones under the light.

One was dark and purple, a swirling mass of smoke and flames surrounding the glowing stone. The stone released a feeling similar to death.

"This stone... It's making me shiver from its mere essence." Jin was surprised to feel this way since he was already strong.

The other stones drew Jin's attention. Different stones from the dark. Releasing different colours and feelings.

One stone was blood red with black kanji writings on it. It gave a feeling of rage and wrath as a blood mist surrounded the stone.

A different stone was pure gold with warmth but destruction surrounding it. The stone had a swirling mass of plasma around it.

The second to last stone was pure ocean blue with lightning surrounding it. It released a vibrating pulse from deep within the stone.

The last stone was different from the rest. It was like a ball of pure darkness. Black smoke drifted from the ball, and stones were floating in a circle around it.

It gave a feeling of suffocation. No matter what you do, you won't be able to escape or run away from it.

[Class will be based on which stone you pick! So pick wisely!]

"Wel;l, no struggle... Just my future on the line." Jin sighed as he looked at all the stones. Each gave him a feeling of pure power. It made him want to pick all of them.

As Jin's eyes drifted over the stones, his eyes lingered on the purple and black stone a bit longer than the other stones.

The other stones gave him strong feelings, but what is stronger than the feeling of death? Jin wants the power of death in his hand. The power to decide who lives and who doesn't.

That's what he wants.

"I choose this one." Jin picked up the purple-black stone in his palm and saw it vanish as it turned into a black liquid. The liquid then melted into his palm, emitting a coldness.

Jin looked around in shock as he appeared in a dark blue room. Statues taller than buildings were all around in a circle in the wall room.

They had weapons of spears, swords and axes, including shields in their hands. In front of Jin was a giant throne with a statue sitting on it, releasing a chilling sensation.

[Quest Objective: Survive until the timer runs out!]

[You can gain points by killing the statues. The more points you have at the end, the better your Class will be.]

Jin stared at the giant statues as they started walking towards him slowly. Their steps cracked the ground, causing the room to shake from the force.

"Hmm... I guess it won't be that hard- Huh?" Before Jin can finish his words, a statue with a sword vanishes as it runs towards him. The ground behind the statue was melted as a ling of magma was left in his way.

Boom!

The entire room exploded as Jin was slashed on his chest. Managing to block the sword with the back of his gloves just before the sword cut him open.

"Ugh!" Jin groaned as he was pushed back a dozen meters, the ground carved out around his feet. 

"What the hell! You can run that fast?" Jin was shocked as he looked at the statue around him. The way they move is like he was fighting a Rognarr again. "Fine then. Come at me!"

Jin exclaimed with a sharp light in his eyes. He got into a boxing stance, and his dark purple gloves gloved. Jin smirked as he felt his mana channelling it into his glove.

Jin's instincts force him to use everything. Jin was forced to use things he did not have. He used his mana without prior knowledge of how to use it.

Jin vanished in a blur as he jumped into the air, the air crackling around him as a thunderclap was heard. With a wide smirk, Jin clamped down on the face of the statue.

Boom!

Jin slammed the back of the statue's head onto the ground. The ground exploded into a crater, and the statue lost 25% of its health.

Boom!

"Ugh!" Jin has smashed away as a statue with a shield slammed into him. His body turned into a purple beam as he slammed into the wall of the room, coughing out blood.

The ground suddenly started shaking as Jin opened his eyes wide. In front of him, an angel statue with a trumpet started gathering mana in front of the trumpet.

"Shi!-"

Boom!

A beam of sound slammed into Jin's body, sending him deeper into the wall and causing blood to leak out of his ears and nose.

Jin forced his body to resist as the sound wave kept assaulting his body. He looked out of the hole in the wall, and he groaned in pain.

Dash!

Jin turned into Abeam as he flew out of the hole into the chest of the angel statue. The angel statue shattered into a million pieces as Jin slammed his fists into it.

[Gain 100 Points!]

Jin did not have time to think as an axe slammed down from above. The axe was the size of his whole body, bringing a feeling of death as it got closer to him.

Boom!

Lightning erupted as the axe met the Shark Exterminator. The floor under Jin shattered and turned into dust from the force of the attack.

Jin spun around the axe and did a backkick, shattering the axe into pieces. Jin flew towards the statue, his speed increasing as he used his flying skill.

Boom!

A glowing sphere of vibration appeared around Jin's fist as he punched the chest of the axe wielder. A vibrating force exploded in his chest, killing me instantly.

[Gain 300 Points!]

'So combatants give more points?' Jin thought as he was slammed into the ground by a sound wave. A spear was thrown towards him, and Jin tilted his head.

Boom!

The ground exploded next to his head as the spear stabbed the ground. The shockwave threw Jin away into the ground, and he got out of the way as a spear was thrown again.

Boom!

Jin groaned as he felt his body hurt. His fist met with the spear wielder, and he was surprised to see it block his hit with the spear.

"Man!" Jin uttered as he flew behind the statue. His fist raced down upon it, shattering it from the force of his punches. "These things are strong!"

Jin said as he looked at his timer.

Jin felt like he was about to spend a long time in this room. Their speed is too fast. Time passes slower for them. It might feel like a week if Jin has to fight for 5 hours.

"This is going to take a long time..."

Also, for the Class. I am going with Shadow Monarch.

He can still gain those classes. Just much harder since it takes higher levels to access a new class quest.
