Wade couldn't let his secrets be exposed in front of Queenie.

Those were things that no one in this world could understand.

He didn't want others to think he was crazy, nor did he want anyone to go insane because of his secrets...

God only knew what would happen when Queenie found out that the world they were in was actually fictional in another world.
