What if Naruto was Trained by Sosuke Aizen

Chapter 23: Chapter 23

A New Training Routine

From that day on, Sasuke became a regular member of Naruto's training group. Inspired by Naruto and Rock Lee's relentless drive, Sasuke pushed himself harder than ever, determined to surpass Naruto. The three of them trained together daily, their bond growing stronger with each passing day.

During their breaks, Sasuke often spoke of his older brother, Itachi, whom Naruto had never met. In Sasuke's words, Itachi was Konoha's first genius—gentle, kind, and incredibly strong. However, Itachi's duties in the ANBU kept him busy, and he rarely had time to spend with Sasuke. When he was home, Sasuke would stay by his side, soaking up every moment with his beloved brother.

With Sasuke joining their group, the quality of their meals also improved. Mikoto, Sasuke's mother, was a kind and nurturing woman who often prepared lavish bento boxes for the trio. Naruto silently appreciated her kindness, storing the warmth of those moments in his heart.

Naruto's Struggles

Despite the camaraderie and progress, Naruto's chakra control remained a challenge. Kyuubi's interference was still present, though it seemed to have lessened over time. Naruto had been so focused on his training that he hadn't visited the sealed space in over a month. He had even avoided speaking with Aizen, immersing himself entirely in his growth.

One day, however, Naruto noticed something unusual. His Three Basic Techniques—Clone Technique, Transformation Technique, and Substitution Technique—were suddenly flowing more smoothly than ever. It was as if the chakra within him had become more cooperative.

It was then that he remembered Kyuubi. The Nine-Tails had been unusually quiet lately. Naruto couldn't help but wonder if the beast was trying to send him a message.

"Is he reminding me to enter the sealed space? It seems he can't stand the loneliness anymore," Naruto thought with a wry smile. That evening, he decided to pay Kyuubi a visit.

The Sealed Space

The familiar sound of dripping water greeted Naruto as he opened his eyes to the dark, oppressive sealed space. He walked toward the iron gate with ease, his steps confident. It had been a month since he last visited, and he had made significant progress in both Kido and Zanjutsu during that time.

As he approached the gate, a sudden roar shattered the silence.

"Smelly brat! Come here, you little brat!" Kyuubi's voice was frantic, almost desperate.

Naruto raised an eyebrow as he reached the gate. Before he could get a clear look at Kyuubi, a massive paw slammed against the iron bars, followed by a distorted fox face pressing against the gate. Kyuubi's eyes were bloodshot, his fur disheveled, and his expression wild.

"Little brat, you win! I admit it, you win! Hurry up and unlock the next part of the game! Hurry!!" Kyuubi's voice was hoarse, his claws scratching at the gate as if trying to tear it down. He even banged his head against the bars, the sound echoing through the space.

Naruto blinked, taken aback by the sight. Kyuubi, the mighty Nine-Tails, looked like a desperate addict. His eyes darted to the computer screen behind the beast, where a Pokémon game was paused mid-battle.

"Is this... internet addiction?" Naruto muttered, recalling the books he had read about the dangers of excessive gaming. Even a being as powerful as Kyuubi wasn't immune to its grip.

Kyuubi noticed Naruto's hesitation and panicked. "Don't go! Don't leave! I won't interfere with your chakra anymore, I swear! Just don't go!"

Naruto took a cautious step back, wary of the beast's erratic behavior. "No more interference?" he asked, his tone skeptical.

"No more! I promise! If I interfere with your chakra again, you can let me starve to death in boredom!" Kyuubi nodded furiously, his desperation palpable.

Naruto crossed his arms, considering the offer. "And what about your plans to destroy Konoha? Have you given up on that too?"

Kyuubi snorted, trying to regain some of his former arrogance. "Konoha is just gravel to me. I can destroy it anytime I want." But his eyes kept darting to the computer screen, betraying his true priorities.

Naruto followed his gaze and noticed the game interface. Five Pokémon were displayed, each with their levels listed: 60, 63, 63, 71, and 42. Kyuubi's pride seemed to swell as he noticed Naruto's interest.

"These are my Pokémon," Kyuubi said, puffing out his chest. "This Charizard is my special attacker. It spits flames like my Tailed Beast Bomb. And this Pidgeot? It used to be a tiny Pidgey, but now it's a majestic beast!"

Naruto stifled a laugh. The mighty Nine-Tails, reduced to bragging about his virtual pets. "You're having fun, aren't you?"

Kyuubi's ears twitched, and he quickly tried to regain his composure. "Of course not! I'm just... passing the time."

Naruto shook his head. "Well, enjoy your game. I'll be going now."

"Wait!" Kyuubi's voice cracked with desperation. "Unlock the next part of the game before you leave!"

Naruto paused, a sly smile creeping onto his face. "Maybe later. For now, focus on keeping your promise."

A New Understanding

After leaving the sealed space, Naruto decided to test his chakra control. He formed the hand seals for the Clone Technique and called out, "Clone Technique!"

A puff of smoke appeared, and an identical Naruto stood beside him. The technique was flawless.

"Success," Naruto murmured, a sense of satisfaction washing over him. With Kyuubi's cooperation, his ninjutsu practice had improved dramatically.

Over the following weeks, Naruto, Sasuke, and Rock Lee continued to train together. Sasuke's skills grew rapidly, and Rock Lee's dedication to taijutsu became even more intense. His weights were now heavier than Naruto's, a testament to his unwavering determination.

Kyuubi, true to his word, stopped interfering with Naruto's chakra. However, whenever he finished a game, he would subtly disrupt Naruto's training, prompting the boy to return with a new game. It became an unspoken agreement between them—a strange but effective partnership.

The Future Ahead

As the days passed, Naruto couldn't help but feel a sense of optimism. His strength was growing, his bonds with Sasuke and Lee were deepening, and even Kyuubi had become... manageable. But Naruto knew the road ahead was long and fraught with challenges. The village's leadership, the Uchiha's growing resentment, and the shadowy forces lurking in the background—all of it would require careful navigation.

For now, though, Naruto focused on the present. He had friends to train with, a goal to achieve, and a future to shape. And with Kyuubi's cooperation, he felt more confident than ever.
