The Swordmaster's Youngest Sons:Twin Destiny

Chapter 3: Chapter 2: The Awakening of Twin Swords

The Garden of Swords was eerily quiet, bathed in the soft glow of the morning sun. Today was the day that would mark the beginning of a new era. For the youngest sons of Cyron Runcandel, it was their awakening.

Ethan Runcandel stood beside his twin brother, Jin. His body, still small and undeveloped, was brimming with hidden potential. Unlike Jin, who remained unaware of the vast destiny ahead, Ethan had already embraced the truth-he was not just another Runcandel child. He was a reincarnated soul, one that carried knowledge beyond this world.

He stole a glance at his twin. Jin stood with clenched fists, his face set in quiet determination. They had grown together, played together, but today was different. Today, they would either be chosen by the Runcandel Clan's legendary guardian swords or be cast aside as failures.

Ethan let out a slow breath, masking his anticipation. He would play his role carefully-revealing only what was necessary. No one could know the truth about his past life or the **Heavenly Comprehension** that now resided within him.

Vibrations filled the air as the legendary swords in the garden responded to the presence of the Runcandel children. The awakening had begun.

One by one, the older siblings stepped forward, touching the swords. Some were chosen, others were not. Then, it was Jin's turn.

Ethan watched as his twin reached out, his fingers brushing against one of the blades. A pulse of energy shot through the air. The sword trembled before settling in Jin's grasp.

A smile tugged at Ethan's lips. Jin had been chosen. Just like in the original story.

And now, it was his turn.

Steeling himself, Ethan stepped forward. He reached for the nearest blade, feeling the familiar hum of energy. But unlike Jin, he hesitated. He had the power to influence this moment-to draw out a sword even stronger than what fate had originally intended.

But that would be reckless.

Instead, he allowed his natural talent to guide him. A sleek, black blade pulsed beneath his fingertips. A lesser sword compared to his older siblings' weapons, but still a mark of acceptance.

The clan elders nodded in approval. Ethan had passed the test.

As he stepped back, Jin gave him a wide grin, his excitement barely contained. Ethan returned the gesture, their bond solidified once more.

Neither of them knew that their true journey had only just begun.
