Shimizu District was a middle-class residential area in Shizuoka Prefecture. Though the residents couldn't be considered extremely wealthy, they were certainly well-off compared to the average person.

As a result, the population density in this area was much lower than that of the city center. High-rise buildings were a rarity, replaced instead by numerous two-story single-family villas, each with its own lawn and courtyard.

It was the kind of neighborhood that might remind someone of the home of that mischievous kid, Nohara Shinnosuke.

"Kaminari, why didn't you invite Momo to come with us?"

As the trio walked out of the District subway station, Kyoka tilted her head and asked curiously, "She's one of the main characters in Pokémon, and there's even a Vulpix based on her."

"Yeah, Momo's really popular with Pokémon fans!" Tetsutetsu chimed in, nodding in agreement.

"Of course I invited her," Kaminari replied, shaking his head helplessly. "But she turned me down because she's busy studying the structure of SIS alloy."

"Oh, SIS alloy… That's pretty important stuff. If she can really recreate it with her Quirk, that'd be amazing," Tetsutetsu said, nodding earnestly.

"SIS alloy?" Kyoka asked, glancing at Tetsutetsu in confusion.

"Huh? You don't know about SIS?!" Tetsutetsu exclaimed, immediately launching into an explanation.

Kaminari didn't interrupt. The reason he hadn't brought it up with Kyoka before was that SIS alloy was incredibly rare and difficult to find.

"A special metal with extreme shape-shifting abilities…" Kyoka muttered after hearing Tetsutetsu's explanation. Then she turned to Kaminari. "So, is Pikachu made of SIS alloy? And Momo's Eevee too?"

"Yeah," Kaminari confirmed. "But like Tetsutetsu said, this metal is so rare that even big families like the Mitsui Foundation or the Yaoyorozu family can only get a limited amount of it. Even Momo's family doesn't have enough to make her a full combat suit."

He continued, "That's why I came up with the idea of using Momo's Quirk to create SIS alloy. But whether it's possible is still up in the air."

As they chatted, Kaminari suddenly noticed a familiar black car parked about thirty meters ahead.

The rear door opened, and a young girl in a stylish school uniform stepped out with a smile. At her feet, a small reddish-brown creature hopped out and sat obediently by her side.

"Momo?!"

"Pika!"

Kaminari, Kyoka, Tetsutetsu, and Pikachu all exclaimed in unison.

"Well, I couldn't miss celebrating Dr. Tenma's son's birthday with everyone," Momo said softly, smiling as she approached.

Although her work on SIS alloy was important, she'd decided that spending time with her friends was more important.

Five minutes later, the four of them arrived at the address Dr. Tenma had sent. Standing before them was a charming white villa.

"Oh, you're finally here!"

Before they could even ring the doorbell, Dr. Tenma, who had been playing with his son on the swing in the front yard, spotted them and walked over to greet them.

"Denki! Kyoka! Momo! And Pikachu!"

The excited shout came from Tobio, Dr. Tenma's young son. The black-haired boy jumped off the swing and sprinted toward them, throwing his arms around Kaminari's waist. His golden eyes sparkled with excitement as he stared at Pikachu perched on Kaminari's shoulder.

"Pika! Pika! Pikachu!"

The AI-enhanced Pikachu waved adorably at Tobio, making the boy even more thrilled.

"It was definitely the right decision to invite them," Dr. Tenma thought, watching his son's excitement. Since the passing of Tobio's mother, birthdays had been quiet affairs, usually just a quick gift and a lonely evening. Seeing his son so happy today filled the doctor with warmth.

"Dr. Tenma!"

"Thank you for inviting us!"

Momo, Kyoka, and Tetsutetsu greeted Dr. Tenma politely. Meanwhile, Kaminari crouched down to chat with Tobio, patiently answering the boy's endless questions. Pikachu even jumped into Tobio's arms, letting him experience the joy of holding it.

"By the way, Tobio, we didn't just bring Pikachu. Momo's Vulpix is here too!" Kaminari said, tapping the boy lightly on the head and pointing at Vulpix.

The moment Tobio spotted Vulpix, his excitement skyrocketed. His cheeks flushed red as he clutched Pikachu and dashed over to coo at the adorable Vulpix.

As Tobio admired Vulpix, Kaminari couldn't help but study the boy closely. Something about him seemed oddly familiar—particularly his horn-like hairstyle, which looked like it had been held in place by copious amounts of gel.

"Hmm… Why does he seem so familiar?" Kaminari muttered to himself as they were led into the house.

"Wow, the decorations here are incredible!" Tetsutetsu exclaimed as soon as they stepped inside.

Kaminari and the others nodded in agreement, taking in their surroundings.

The hall was filled with colorful balloons and various Pokémon figurines. On the large wooden coffee table sat a three-tiered cake surrounded by an assortment of drinks, but no alcohol, of course.

"Dr. Tenma really went all out for Tobio's birthday," Kaminari thought.

The next part of the celebration was simple but heartwarming. Everyone gathered around the sofa as Tobio opened the birthday gifts they had prepared. The boy's face lit up with excitement as he unwrapped each package.

When Kaminari announced that his gift was to make Tobio a character in the Pokémon series, the boy's excitement reached its peak. Forgetting all about Pikachu and Vulpix, Tobio threw himself into Kaminari's arms, thanking him over and over again.

Dr. Tenma, standing nearby, couldn't help but feel moved. Seeing his son so happy, even shedding tears of joy, made him deeply grateful.

"Thank you, Kaminari," Dr. Tenma said sincerely.

"Don't worry about it, Doctor," Kaminari replied with a smile. "This was well within my ability, it wasn't that difficult."

Dr. Tenma nodded, appreciating Kaminari's humility. He wasn't one for excessive words and preferred to show his gratitude through actions.

"Oh, by the way, I have some good news," Dr. Tenma added. "I was going to call you, but since you're here, I might as well tell you in person."

"Good news?"

Kaminari, Kyoka, Tetsutetsu, and Momo exchanged curious glances before turning their attention back to the doctor.

"It's about the combat suit. Kyoka, your Bat Armor is complete. It's in my study right now. Pikachu can link with the suit system whenever you're ready."

"My combat suit?!" Kyoka exclaimed, jumping to her feet in excitement.
