Saying this Amelia goes inside her house. Tom watches her go and smiles. As Tom leaves from there he feels as if someone is watching him. Tom doesn't pay much attention. He starts his bike and leaves for home.

Amelia comes inside the house, freshens up, eats food and is sitting on her bed reading some books. She had a book in her hand but her attention was somewhere else, all her attention was on Tom. Today she felt something different. The way Tom held her hand and placed his hand on her head, today that whole feeling seemed a bit strange to her but she also liked that feeling very much.

Next morning Amelia leaves for office after completing her routine like every day. Going to office she feels that today the atmosphere of office was quite different. All the people were very focused on their work, there was no talk, no extra activity.

Amelia feels very strange today. She goes straight to her desk and starts working. Max's desk was next to hers. She asks Max in a low voice.

Amelia: Has something happened today? Why does everyone look so serious?

Max : Yes, you should also work seriously like all of us because today the boss is in a very bad mood. That is why everyone is behaving so strangely.

Amelia: ohkk .

Amelia does not say anything further, she quietly gets busy with her work. There was a lot of work in the office today, it seemed that the project had to be completed today itself. Everyone was busy with their work, none of them left their desks for coffee.

After some time it is lunch time. All the friends meet at lunch time as usual.

Kiet: Today the office looks more like an army camp than an office.

Max : Yes friend, I was feeling suffocated in the office.

Tina : I heard that the boss is in a bad mood.

Amelia: But what has happened to the boss suddenly?

Max : Amy, your work is not complete yet. Don't you want to go home?

Amelia: I have to go home friend. But just as the office time is over, the boss has given me a new file. He wants the work completed today .

Tina : But why so suddenly?

Abhi : what do you mean by suddenly? 

Tina : Oh, nothing, I just said it like that, I meant how did so much work suddenly come up.

Max : Yes, but it doesn't matter Amy, we will help you and the work will be finished soon.

Amelia: No friends, you all go home, you will be late. I will complete my work and go home quickly. Don't worry.

Kiet : No problem Amy, it won't take us long, on the contrary the work will get completed quickly.

Man : Didn't you guys listen, she said she will do it.

Suddenly everyone turned back after hearing this voice. All five of them were very surprised after seeing the person in front of them.

Damien: If the work is completed then you should go home.

No one says anything further. Everyone just looks at Amelia once. There was a guilt in their eyes that they will not be able to help their friend. Damien doesn't say anything and takes one step towards Amelia. Amelia is shocked to see her boss coming close. Her heart was beating very loudly.

Amelia's voice gets stuck in her own throat. Damien moves forward towards her and Amelia moves back. Amelia does not understand what is happening. Amelia bumps into the wall while going backwards. Amelia feels there is no room to turn back now. Damien moves closer to her and comes very close to her. Damien places both his hands on the walls on either side of Amelia. Amelia was unable to understand anything after seeing Damien so close.
