Jin felt his hand twitch as he finally rested enough to wake up. His face had the colour back. He opened his eyes and looked at Debby sleeping on the side of his bed.

Jin's eyes softened at the sight of his mother. Jin smiled as he looked up at the ceiling of the hospital room. The smell of medicine filled his nose, and he checked his status.

Jin sighed, his eyes unbelievable. He still can't believe he was in the world of Invincible. He now had a system, and he was also a viltrumite.

It's a lot for someone who has just been living a human life.

"A Hero or Villain?... What kind of question is this? Of course, I will be a hero." Jin felt like the question was stupid. Why would he become a villain?

Jin has parents and a sibling, and he is not bullied by anyone. As Jin reflects on this, the door to his room suddenly opens, and a nurse enters. Upon seeing that Jin is awake, the nurse calmly presses a button.

Jin watched the movement of the nurse. The way her muscles twitched, the way her lungs expanded. The nurse was in slow motion in his eyes. It felt unreal.

"Oh, seems like you are awake. Nice to meet you, I am your nurse. I am here to check on you and see if you could be sent home." The nurse smiled as she moved next to Jin.

Debby was startled awake, her eyes instantly looking at the awake Jin. She rushed to him, and her hands wrapped around his neck, sobbing as she questioned him in concern.

"Jin. What happened to you?! Are you okay?" Debby asked as she looked into Jin's eyes. Jin smiled as he patted Debby's back gently. Did not want to hurt her with his new strength.

"Don't worry, mom. I awakened my Viltrumite abilities." As Jin says this, he clenches his palm around the metal railing on the side of the hospital bed, crushing it into a thin line.

"Jin, I am happy for you, but did anything happen due to awakening your abilities?" Debby asked, still concerned as she watched her eldest son crush the metal.

"No, mom. I am all okay. I feel better than ever before!" Jin says as he jumps out of the bed. He spins in the air before landing on his feet with a loud thud.

Cough*

Jin and Debby notice the nurse standing there, waiting for Jin so she can take the test.

"Sorry. Mom, you should go home and rest. I will be okay." Debby nodded with understanding. Her eyes were dull, and she needed sleep.

After Debby left, the nurse started the test. The first test was checking his heartbeat and how fast it was beating.

It was a standard level of health. The next test was strange for Jin. Jin was required to take a grip test on a machine the nurse gave him.

"What is this for?" Jin asked as he took the grip strength tester machine. The nurse then explained that Cecil gave it to him to check how his powers worked.

 Jin and his family met Cecil once due to work between Nolan and him. But he was just an acquaintance and nothing more.

"Whatever..." Jin shrugged with no care about Cecil Stedman. What could a weak human do to a godly being? Jin was not in danger from anything.

Boom!

The nurse stepped back as Jin clamped down on the tester. A strong shockwave was created as the tester in Jin's hands was crushed to fine powder.

The nurse watched with shock as the powder fell onto the floor. That tester could take a force of 100 tons of TNT and be okay with a few scratches.

Jin stood up and stretched as the nurse stood in shock. He walked to the side of the room, where a door led to a bathroom. He entered and took a 10-minute shower.

Coming out, he was in fresh clothes since Debby brought him some fresh clothes. It was nothing fancy, some Nike sneakers, baggy sweatpants, and a black T-shirt.

"Alright. See you!" Jin waved his hand nonchalantly as he exited the room. His black hair extended above his shoulders, and his blue eyes shone as he walked out.

His face was extremely handsome, and he was tall. He stood at a height of 6'1. His body had some muscles due to his transformation into a Viltrumite.

Jin met with a soldier who was waiting for him, and the soldier led him out of the Pentagon. It was the Pentagon, after all. Only heroes could walk inside with permission.

Jin walked along the sidewalk. The weather was nice and warm with a cool breeze. He smiled as the kids played with each other. Adults walk to wherever they are walking.

It was more peaceful than he expected since the Invincible universe has an extinction-level threat every month without exception.

Boom!

A car flipped over as a human thing stood over it. Jin turned around and watched as a human beetle smashed his hands into the car.

"You bastard! You just ran over an innocent beetle!" The Massive brown beetle with green lines shouted. His build was... Interesting.

He was tall, about 10 feet tall. He had big muscles and a sharp and longhorn curving towards the sky on his forehead. He had a human face with white skin and normal eyes.

It was like the beetle was wearing beetle skin with its mask off, revealing a human just cosplaying.

Jin watched in interest as the beetle smashed his hand into the car, smashing the couple and the child to bits. Red blood splashed everywhere as the roof of the vehicle shattered the humans into pieces.

Boom!

The car exploded, sending out a shockwave with metal acting like bullets. Jin watched with disgust as a bloody eye flew past his head. He almost threw up as the sight churned his stomach.

"KYAAAA!!!"

"Run!"

"A monster!"

The surrounding people immediately started running at the sight. Jin was looking at the beetle with condensed eyes. It was his chance to establish himself as a hero.

Crouching down, Jin felt his leg muscles swell as he condensed all his strength. The ground under him cracked from the force, and Jin took the chance to spring forward.

Boom!

The ground was shattered into white vapour as Jin sprinted towards the beetle at 10 times the speed of sound. 

"Huh?" The beetle muttered as a fist the size of a sandbag appeared in its vision. Jin hit the beetle in the face, shattering the head into thousands of pieces.

Boom!

The building behind the beetle shattered as the pieces flew out at Mach speed. Jin stared at his hand in shock before he felt his strength increase.

I saw a comment asking about how much strength a 100 in stats is. So I am here to answer that!

100 in stats is an average Viltrumite strength. They have Multi-City Block strength and durability. Speed is Mach 10 for an average Viltrumite who got their powers a day ago.

Now, Smart Atoms also works the same for Jin. He can adapt to get stronger in harsh environments. It is a vital ability.
