The following day,

I woke up earlier. The burn injury was giving me immense pain. I wasn't able to focus, so I decided to go out to purchase the healing potion.

After getting ready, I stepped out of the room. Then I walked downstairs and reached the first floor. I gave the key back to the manager before leaving the room.

I had booked only a one-night stay. I'm planning to leave the place after buying the healing potion. Then I started walking towards the Inner Circle Arena.

As I got closer to the place, I found that the crowd was larger than before. It's just early morning. Why are there so many people here?

Then I overheard people's conversations. Hearing that, my eyes gleamed with a twinkle.

"When did it happen?" I asked myself.

As I continued to overhear people's conversations, I learned that a new scheme was introduced. Hereafter, tourists could enter the Inner Circle area to buy luxury items, stay in good hotels, and have food at better restaurants.

I sighed inwardly; the new scheme came at the right time. I was worried about how to enter the Inner Circle area. Now, there was a chance. Then I stood behind the queue where the passes were sold.

It didn't take long before my turn was up. A middle-aged man sized me up. I wasn't wearing wanderer clothes; this time, it was decent wizard clothing.

So the middle-aged man didn't raise any further questions and quoted the price.

"50 mid-grade stones!"

Hearing that, I didn't argue. I took the pouch from the storage bracelet and gave it to him.

The middle-aged man checked the pouch before giving me a green pass with a golden patterned design.

I accepted it and started walking through the passage to enter the Inner Circle Area. When I appeared on the other side, I was greeted with beautiful marble buildings and skyscrapers. Now, this area looked like the actual city. I could see pedestrians wearing decent clothes.

There were no wanderers or mercenaries here. Then I started to look for a shop. It didn't take long for me to find one of the luxurious streets here.

It's also the place attracting a larger number of crowds. My appearance had attracted attention as well. After glancing at me, they minded their own business.

But I knew they were trying to gauge my strength. If I were a fat sheep, they wouldn't let me go.

I ignored them as my eyes wandered around the shops located on both sides of the trip. Finally, my gaze settled on a beautiful nameplate.

"The Wonders Shop," I muttered to myself.

Seeing that I was interested in this kind of store, I decided to enter it. When I got closer to the shop, I noticed it was a multi-story building. I'm sure that magical items are being sold here.

Then I entered the shop.

[Ding! A level-9 wizard is probing the host.]

[No malicious intentions were detected.]

The mechanical voice sounded.

I frowned. Why do people everywhere look for an opportunity to strike? Then I calmed down.

I found a young lady, similar to my age, standing behind the counter.

"Guest, what do you need?" the female staff asked. She was wearing quite luxurious clothes, so I wasn't going to judge her.

"Do you have any healing treasures?" I replied.

The female staff raised her eyebrows.

She asked, "What level do you need?"

"We have healing treasures up to the Grade of Supreme," she added.

"Supreme," my eyes flashed with surprise.

Meanwhile,

Inside the main office room, another beautiful young lady was sitting in her chair. She was the one who probed the customer earlier.

"We have one interesting customer here. I can't sense his strength, but he looks young, not older than me," she said to herself.

Out of curiosity, she decided to observe further.

On the other hand, I felt relieved. Since my injury was caused by a Level-9 wizard, I can buy a healing treasure of Grade 9 here.

"I need a Grade 9 healing treasure, especially one that cures injuries caused by flame magic spells," I replied.

The female staff was surprised. She didn't know whether the guest was asking for himself or someone else.

"Injury caused by a level-9 flame spell?" the young lady frowned in her office.

She doubted whether the young customer was a level-9 wizard. Her family lived in the core area, and they had their business running in this Inner Circle area.

So far, she hadn't seen a level-9 wizard similar to her age. This might be the first time for her. All of her friends had yet to level up to reach level 8, let alone level 9.

She had been alone ever since she achieved a breakthrough. For the first time, she felt competitive and good again. She realized that outside of Brendan City, there was a vast world with many talented wizards like her.

She wanted to go outside to explore, but her parents didn't allow her.

Now that she had seen someone, she decided to chat. She then told the female staff to pick up the Supreme Grade Healing Treasure and give it to the young man.

The female staff was taken aback. Since the owner's daughter was asking, she could only comply.

My expression turned serious. The box alone looked amazing. I wondered how expensive it would be. I only had 1,000 mid-grade mana stones left. If that were gone, my inventory would be empty.

The female staff said, "It's a Grade-9 treasure called Freezing Liquid. It was syrup taken from 9th-order plant monsters. It's good for treating burnt injuries."

Phew!

I heaved a sigh of relief. Finally, I'm going to get the healing potion. Since it's derived from the plant monster, I'm sure it's useful.

Then, under my gaze, she opened the box. I saw blue liquid inside a small bottle.
