Amidst the Waves [Wuthering Waves]

Chapter 26: Notice: About Future

Author's Note:

I hope everyone is enjoying the story so far. I understand that it might feel a bit underwhelming at times, as it focuses more on philosophy than storytelling. Hence, I have some questions for the readers:

-> Does the inclusion of poems feel right? I ask because I'm currently writing a song while studying for exams. I plan to integrate the song differently, not just as a block of lyrics.

-> Early on, the female main characters (FMC) were Rover and Changli. Should I keep it as both, or focus on just one? Also, I think adding more harem characters might make the story overly complex. For now, I'm sticking with Changli and Rover.

-> Would you like a backstory for the main character, explaining the source of his philosophies?

-> I need feedback on the poems. Were they understandable or too ambiguous? I did explain their meanings.

On a side note, there won't be any new chapters in March, and this might extend into the first week of April. While I'm inactive, please answer these above questions.

Your feedback will help me understand what readers want and crave in a story, as I'm still new and learning where the charm of a story truly lies, it is not that I do not see, but rather giving a story a charm is just that difficult.
